EZBoard Online Content Creation

It has become fairly typical for digital signage solutions providers to get into content creation with a promise to provide the customer the tools to easily modify and deploy messages.  However, it is unusual to allow the customer and the network owners to create, modify and update content using only their browser.  UCView Media’s EZBoard is a Flash-based content creation platform built into UCView’s content management system that allows location owners and network operators to create and modify content.

UCView Content Creation

UCView’s innovative online digital signage content creation platform EZBoard has revolutionized the way in which dynamic ads are presented and modified.  Before our company introduced its dynamic content creation process, you could only modify content by uploading new ads to replace old ads.  The history of digital signage ads can quite literally be divided into uploadable content and web-based content.  Today, the EZBoard content creation mechanism allows users to take a advantage of easy to use ad creation tool and integrate it into data entry form for easy modification to produce a Flash simulation.  EZBoard’s unprecedented ease of use for fast content editing has made it the darling of our customers and network owners.  EZBoard helps in numerous ways: it accelerates the modification and creation of ads and messages; dramatically reduces the design time; visually communicates new information; eliminates the constant need for redesigning and reuploading of ads.  Corporations, restaurants, universities and government institutions rely on EZBoard to update their messages quickly and efficiently.

PC on a pump’ gives Chevron station a 40-percent lift

Digital Signage Today.com by By Lorna Pappas,

Chevron, based in San Ramon, Calif., conducts business in more than 100 countries and is engaged in every aspect of the crude oil and natural gas industry, including marketing its gasoline products at about 10,000 Chevron- and Texaco- branded stations across the United States.

The problem

Drivers appreciate the convenience of payat the-pump technology, but deployment of the technology has done little for gas station operators in the way of giving the a competitive advantage or increasing sales of products other than gasoline. Research from 2007 found that about 70 percent of drivers pay at the pump, which means that up to 70 percent of potential customers have no need to enter the store. That loss of floor traffic significantly hampers station operators’ attempts to sell impulse goods and services.
